Welcome to the Albert Association.  We are the residents' association for three streets making up the 'Albert Triangle' - Colnbrook Street, Gladstone Street, and the stretch of

"The variety of people here is great.  Our streets have an amazing sense of community, great schools, local shops and gardens, and on top of that we're so close to the river."

Membership is open to any residents of the Triangle and costs £25 per year, just get in touch if you'd like to join.

We have an annual calendar of social events, many of which are held in our communal garden on Colnbrook Street.  Regular events include an Easter boules tournament, a summer barbeque, a November fireworks party, wine tastings, a monthly book club, and much more.

you can help

Meanwhile, to make our website as good as possible for all of us, you could...

 add to the restaurant reviews

tell us about a plumber or roofer you've been very happy with

send us your photos or children's drawings of the streets or garden

add to the quotes on the site with a couple of sentences on something you really appreciate about our streets, architecture, garden, association, neighbourhood, community and/or neighbours

contribute a paragraph or two on a topic of your choosing - at the moment the site is good on facts and information, but low on poetry and lyricism - maybe you could add an elegy to the garden or an ode to the summer party?

tell us any extra info you'd like to see on the site
