The Albert
Association was founded in 1970. Its goal is to promote the
common interests of the residents of Gladstone Street and
Colnbrook Street in London SE1, plus the properties in St
George's Road which lie between these two streets. Together
these make up the 'Albert Triangle.' We work to improve our
environment, facilities and amenities. The Association is
managed by a Committee made up of the Chairman, the Honorary
Secretary, the Honorary Treasurer, and four other members.
The Committee is elected at the Annual General Meeting.

"I appreciate the guys in the corner shop work all day
every day to give us what we need - and the fact that no-one
on the street has ever complained about the noise my
children make when going to buy sweets early every weekend
morning!"
